Right of withdrawal

The law (DL 22/05/99. n.185) guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason from the purchase contract, without specifying the reason, within 14 days from receipt of the merce.Questo right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumer), therefore excluding purchases made with VAT number on behalf of companies,professionals or natural persons acting for purposes related to the professional activity which may be carried out. The costs and risks of transport are fully borne by the buyer.

The products must be sent in their original packaging, including all that belonging to the product such as manuals,accessories, trucks, etc.

Vacuum packed products, liquid products etc. must not be opened and unconditional. The products that you intend to return must have only been viewed and not dislodged, assembled or otherwise including the original packaging.

The products must be sent in a packaging that keeps them intact, possibly inside another box to avoid further damage.

Upon receipt of the return, the verification will be made that all the products are intact and that there are no signs of disconnection and, subsequently within 10 days the cost of the product will be refunded, net of the shipping costs on purchases up to 249 euros. For purchases over 250 euros in which the shipment will be deducted the relative shipping cost from us incurred is € 9,50 including.
